VWCA Annual Dues Dues Invoice

Your $40/year dues payment (or $41.95 if using PayPal) funds the following:

• Maintenance of 30,000 square feet of common grounds at both entrances of our neighborhood which include mowing, landscaping, and general repairs.
• Electric bill (AEP) for lamp post street lighting at both entrances
• Liability Insurance for the VWCA
• Far North Columbus Communities Coalition (FNCCC) Dues
• Hosting this website (www.vwca87.org)
• Garage Sale Ad through the Worthington Suburban News
• Miscellaneous Supplies (flyers, posters, signs, postage, mailbox bags, etc.)
• Neighborhood Directory (available to residents who pay their annual dues)

Payment options:

• Paypal or Venmo
• Cash or Check (payable to VWCA)
• Payment may be dropped of at the residence of Jeff Lykens (322 Brownsfell Drive) or Rich Thomas (193 Brownsfell Drive)
